14.3% alc. A classic Syrah with notes of black cherry, crispy bacon, black pepper, and toasty oak. Floral notes emerge with time in the glass. There is a fore/mid palate rush of fresh dark fruits and spicy oak and a long finish that is rich and lingering. An ageworthy Syrah, 3-7 years.
