2010 Cabernet Franc
Winemaker Tasting Notes – The 2010 Cabernet Franc has delicate, perfumed aromatics of violets, spice, earth, and red berries. The wine has excellent structure and a beautiful balance between flavors of blackberry, black raspberry, strawberry, earth, spice and vanilla. The finish is long and precise with decadent silky tannins. The style of this wine leans more to finesse and elegance rather than power. Properly cellared, the wine should hit maturity in 6-8 years and provide excellent drinking for approximately 12-15 years.
