Adega Vina Almirante Pionero Maccerato
Appellation of Origin (DO): Rias Baixas
Subzone: Val do Salnes
Wine: Albarino Rias Baixas
Grape: 100% Albarino
Visual Stage: Clear, brilliant, intense straw colour with golden reflections.
Olfactory Stage: A nose that is surprisingly complex, strongly suggestive of the smell of ripe fruit (apricot, banana, apple) giving way to delicate floral tones and a subtle herbal background.
Tasting Stage: A flavoursome wine, which stands out for its full body and complexity. It has fruity overtones, while at the same time it is characterized by its finish and rounded quality. Through the retronasal passage, there is a balanced structure that makes it especially appetizing.

'Clear and brilliant, greenish yellow in colour. Intense, strong fruity aromas (apricot, "reineta" apple, pineapple), delicate floral notes and a background of plants (rush). Excellent structure, the fruit (apricot) and the herbal sensation returns.

Pale gold colored wine with golden reflections, clear and brilliant. It surprises us with its complex nose predominated by tropical fruits (mango, papaya), leaving floral notes, lees, candied oranges and orange blossom water. Excellent body and round palate where we discover, after the fruity aromas, hints of yogurt and almonds lingering in the finish. Unctuous, complex, and well-structured - a wine with its own personality. Try it with sea bass and have an especially enjoyable experience.
