Winemaker's Notes: These flavors and aromas can only come from the Pesenti Vineyard: flowers, pepper, mouthwatering raspberry, and mineral notes are all present. In the mouth, we find red fruit character and spice with a firm tannin backbone. This wine provides a great contrast to the vineyards in the North Coast - its structure is defined by acidity not tannin.
