2011 Gagliole Rubiolo

This red wine is made of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. After pressing, it was stored in 70% barrels of oak wood and 30% in steal vats. Thereafter, the wine was bottled and stored for further 3 months before putting it on the market. Rubiolo is very fruity and fresh, with sweet and harmonious tannins.
It should be served at a temperature of 18° C.
Best maturity for drinking: up to 3-5 years after release
