Tahbilk 1991 'Museum Release' Cabernet Sauvignon
(Cork Closure) (Drink Now to 2012/2017)
Vintage conditions for 1991 were conducive to producing outstanding red wines and this is reflected in the 1991 Cabernet Sauvignon(& '91 Shiraz) re-released for Tahbilk Wine Club Members in celebration of our 150th Anniversary!
Even after 19 years there are still obvious & lifted mint and blackcurrant aromas and flavours; tempered now with a characteristic earthiness & complexity born of its development in the bottle.
Firm tannins are still apparent on the finish suggesting there is time to come.
