From Olivier Leflaive

This Chablis blend, which we buy in grapes and carefully vinify ourselves, is the first example of what we hope to accomplish in Chablis. The cuvée is a blend of grapes comming from both sides of the Serein River, thus the name Deux Rives or Two Banks. The age of the majority of the vines is more than 30 years and the grapes are harvested entirely by hand. The success of our Chablis is based in its quality and expression of terroir.
