Tasting Panel Comments:
Bouquet of the wine: Highly fragrant, peach, pear, mango, litchis, citrus and allspice with a hint of flint
Palette: Apples (granny smith, golden delicious), pears and white flowers with a hint of lemon and grapefruit
Structure: Medium bodied dessert wine
Serve with: excellent with peach tarts, chocolates or as a dessert by itself. Serve well chilled.
