Maybe one of our greatest achievements in Chardonnay. 100 percent barrel fermented with 25% of that in three year, very tight grain, Damy barrels. This wine shows great acidity, with flavors of honey suckle, white peach, tangerine and flowers. A white to put on the table with the world's best. 10 to 15 years for this puppy.
