Winery Note:
January, 2010: Our 2007 Chardonnay starts with a mineral dominated nose that includes complex white flower, crushed chalk and wet stone notes. The vibrant fruit is very intense, focused and pure. The finish is laser-like and tightly wound with racy acidity, terrific length and a reverberating rocky complexity. This Chardonnay will require more cellar time than our 2006 but will ultimately reach greater heights.. Drink/Hold.
