From winery website: The 2007 QED is a blend of 94% Syrah, 3% Grenache and 3% Mourvedre. The wine was aged 17 months in French oak with 20% in new barrels. The majority of the Syrah fruit comes from the //Les Collines Vineyard// in Walla Walla with Syrah from //Seven Hills Vineyard// (Walla Walla) and //Lewis Vineyard// (Yakima) playing supporting roles. A little bit of Mourvedre and Grenache (both from //Minick Vineyards// in Yakima) help fill out the wine and give it more structure and nuance. The proof is in the bottle - QED. (640 cases produced)
