8/25/2014 12:44:00 AM - Wine krupt seems to stop tasting wine, or perhaps he's drinking it as a habit without spending the high interest needed for such nice manufacture. Would he notice a blind supermarket bottle now ?

10/19/2013 5:46:00 AM - Hello Winekrupt, in my experience 2008 and 2009 in Chianti region are years with very different characteristics: in 2008, many wine producers have said that they had difficulties in the maturation of the grapes (late vintage), and the wines are actually often a bit edgy and reticent. I think is a vintage a bit austere, but in some cases can give excellent results. Those from 2009 are wines less "edgy", have beautiful fruit and roundness, but they lack a bit of balance (it was a hot year, especially in August). The year 2009 seems like a good vintage, warm wines but not cooked, although not particularly complex. Ciao

6/27/2013 11:57:00 AM - Do you think you can open your tasting range notes, my dear ? And not narrow your results from 89 to 91... According to CT rating scale 90-94 is good, 95-99 is very good. So, If you don't like you should go under 79, young Casillero Del Diablo taster ! PS: I need and adress for a swap.
