Color something between redcurrant and mullet. Delicious aromas of honey and red berries, like raspberries and plums. Light weighted, velvety and semi sweet on the palate. I mean a bottle tasted before X-mas was better, though.

From a magnum. Traditional Rioja aromas, with very sour cherries, black olives and wood, although not as woody as five years ago. Intense and sharp, with pronounced acidity, tending to being unpleasant. Needs fat meat!

From a magnum. Lovely, developed and Merlot dominated aromas, with leather, earth and liquorice. Ripe and generous.
