Opened this bottle, had a sniff and took a run to the butcher. Paired this with a nice fatty piece of buffalo rib eye steak cooked rare, high heat on the BBQ with butter, sea salt and smashed figs. The nose is coffee, mold, and a hint of perigord truffle. Tannins are smooth, taste is a bit softer than the nose. Cassis, licorice, Jammy. This juice is gooood.
