From 375:Lacks some of the guts that the 2012 Louise I drank from 750 three days ago. Although the younger wine shows greater long term potential, this wine is the one to pop and pour tonight. Seductive Burgundian nose leads to a wine that is a dead ringer for a cote de' Beaune from a good vintage. Seductive Burgundian nose leads to a complex fruity palate that will not over power the dish you've created. Good acidity and a long finish.
Not much on the nose,(contradicts my last impression) but the real show opens on the palate. New world fruit with the elegance of the old. Great acidity makes this a good food wine and will ensure (along with the fruit and fine tannin) a long drinking window. Long pleasing finish. Drinks well now, and will age well (if you can wait)
