Amazing mouthfeel.
Cava in Montreal. With Lamb. 13%.Dark purple. Cherry, chocolate, and menthol aromas. Constantly evolved in the glass. Really ready after about 2 hours in a decanter. Good acidity paired well with the rich foods.
