Fantastic fruit, deep black currant, plum. Absolutely seemless. Decanting helped open it up. Surprising balanced for a Barossa Shiraz

Bought on release, cellared at 55 degrees. Garnet color, nose of leather and herbs. Earthy, dried cherries, black currants, thyme, tannins fully integrated. Well balanced.
Leather and herbs on the nose, but on the palate the wine kept unfolding with air to reveal black current, minerals, blackberry. Great complexity and a long finish. Delicious.
