Nose: lots and lots of oak. more oak than Silver Oak just tasted.
Palate: thick. red, some dark fruit. full bodied. nice finish. would have thought it would taste more tannic because of the nose, but it is not as tannic than initially thought. quite balanced, and complex. got the delicious factor to it.
Nose: lots of oak initially. dissipated over time. still hard to evaluate the aroma with the oak interference, giving off sweet floral sense. might be some sweet fruit underneath.
Palate: sweet, red fruit revealed on the palate. medium tannins, carried to the finish. mild acidity. medium bodied. apparent alcohol. not really interesting, but I wouldnt mind drinking this with a steak if someone paid for it.
