    This is an terriffic WINE
and finally BY NOW - really ripe and in TIME
you can enjoy - the Alcohol is in the right LEVEL - instead of Burning most rafinesse Tones Music of This wine away --

But this is certainly a question of Taste...

Slowly the alcohol melts in the right stand of
going with and supporting all the other aromas ;-)

    SMELL:
harmonious notes of Cassis, Jam of all red fruits - boisnberries ,
wood underbrush - VANILLA - drie herbs of the Australian forest ..

    TASTE:
sweet and harmonious involved with the still primary fruits of Cassis, plums and blackberries, kirsch and some mushrooms, sandle wood and cinamon ..

very impressive AT THIS STAGE ...

  • 2008 Château Poujeaux

    Wow
This "simple" Cru Bourgois is much more than This !

REAL BORDEAUX at high class level
    could be a Montrose 2004

    SMELL:
tabacc, vanilla new oak, kirsch flavour of sandelwood, cedar and
herbs of teh Maccia..church Weihrauch ..

    TASTE:
bitter and sweet at the same moment:
lasting a minute on the palate
like a sensible wood chopper .. feeling of what this Moulis terroir can show at it wonderful terrific side of Tasting . farmyard and champinions .. all what this wine for this little money can show so far at in its proportion in comparision to premier cru it is really worth its money ;-)

    WOW

once again one point higher than last time

    SMELL:

righ out of the bottle after srewing what defense the
Juice I wonna enjoy from ...

deep grape of Cabernet Sauvignon - Cassis - nwe oak (french I guess)
some farmyard - earthy - heavy duty..

    TASTE:
open and slightly evolved - sweet and juicy right into all of your gorge .. overwhelming big taste .. getting better and better
Fruits of Cassis Blackbeeries all togehter like a amvellous ROte Grütze a pottpourri of all dark boisn fruits .. with some Vanilla Creame

I Cant´s stand it to wait how this Wine will developpe in any fruther years - I guess incredibly better and better - and open knitted
