Singing on day1 after an hour open. No detailed notes for tonight. Cran and herbal with a touch of white pepper. Medium plus acid. Medium tannin. Fans out on the mid palate and the finish is 60 seconds+. If you have some, open one and judge your own drinking window. If you have only one, open it now and enjoy or hold for up to 3 years.

Some that come to mind are Long Shadows and Goose Ridge; they are in the same location at the roundabout. If you go up to the warehouse district, check out Covington Cellars and Five Star, also Page and Stevens. Also, Dusted Valley and Mark Ryan are at the roundabout. Did you move here from HI?
