I recently had the '95 myself, showing beautifully. Also recently had the 1990 Cab Franc head to head blind with '90 Cheval Blanc, virtually identical, great night! * NOTE: The two CF were is my controlled cellar since release (the CH Blanc was not).

It started out with nice aromatics and a complex bouquet. Berry, cherry and mineral notes with elegance and finesse on the palate with a long pleasant finish. Fine polished tannins. Not a powerhouse, and that's good we weren't looking for that to go with plank grilled Alaskan Salmon. Big success! very enjoyable with really good lines.

11/19/2013 6:08:00 PM - Thanks for the tidbit on the history, sorry I had it a little off. I have bought quite a lot of the wines and have had great experience with the older ones especially. Thanks!

7/15/2013 4:11:00 PM - Mitch, what is the last year of Cosentino wines that you helped produce? I'm currently a Club Member there and have really enjoyed the wines but would expect things to change now that you have moved. Not necessarily for the worse but I'm just curious.
Thanks!
