had dinner at the red rooster in harlem.had the bottle decanted while we waited at the bar.the wine was opened 1 hr still needed more time,as dinner progressed it opened up somewhat but could have sat for 1-2 hrs.not really the best from this winery looking forward to the newer vintages.of note the restaurant charges $350 a bottle!!
finally opened this shiraz dark brooding deep dark fruit mint eucalyptus had it with filet on french baget black truffle butter pecorino romano with baby arugala perfect match The wine looks Purple colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Raisin, and Plum. The body is Full. The wine has Smooth texture. The wine finishes Medium.
