- Garnet color - 1 hour decant. This is really coming alive now after a long dead phase (thank goodness as I still have 8 left!). Should get better over the next year or so.

A stunning wine - Sauvignon blanc at its best. Beautiful acidity with citrus zest coming through mixed with a soft buttery finish almost reminiscent of a classic burgundy - quite an intoxicating combination.

I think 2007 was an underrated vintage for Pomerol, although admittedly not one for very long term cellaring. Allow 2 hours decanting time and this is drinking beautifully.
