Delicate tannins, noticeable neutral oak integration. Had this wine at Aureole in Las Vegas this past Friday decanted for about 10 minutes. Right out of the gate, this wine showed ripe red fruit characteristics with a hint of baked honey on the nose. Tart on the palate in a good way, silky smooth finish. Med body, low alcohol paired beautifully with the Mallard Duck. This is how an evening should be; harmonious. If you like old world wine, this one wine please you every time. 80% Tempranillo, 20% Grenacha.
This wine has seen better days. Nose was impressive at first; black tea, red liquorish, hints of strawberry, mineral and earth; however, the palate was a bit hot, noticeable alcohol, which flawed the finish a bit. Seemed as if it was over the hill a bit. I wish I would had drank this wine a couple of years ago.

This wine seems to have gone through cluster fermentation. I could be wrong, but given the funky aromatics seems possible. Purple plum, dark ripe cherry, strawberry tobacco, cherry chocolate, hints of broccoli and green tea leaf. Tasting very nice now. For the price point $20 per 750ml, the best Chianti Classico I've had in 2 years.
