2011 Hundred Acre Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Kayli Morgan

Different than any other HA I have previously tried, albeit with the most age as compared to the others. Though the fruit backbone was unmistakably a Napa Cabernet, the tannins were completely softened with secondary (not quite tertiary) notes reminiscent of Bordeaux. Fantastic wine, but may not benefit from too much more time in the cellar; would consider drinking one if you have it (and saving 1 or 2 for a few years more for comparison).

Classic aged Barolo, brick to slightly rust color, little fruit with mostly tertiary flavors, enjoyed by all--drink it if you have it!

1995 Opus One

A nose of BDX right out of the gate that only continued to evolve. In a blind tasting with a 1995 Pontet Canet, this was thought by some to be the BDX. Definite notes of leather, cigar box, and barnyard floor, which reminded some of Haut Brion (as others have also noted). In a perfect place, well but not completely integrated, and likely with 5+ years of life in the cellar (if not many more than that). A true stunner--incredible that a wine with this tasting profile can be made in California--hats off to the Mondavi and Rothschild families.
