Unexpected light cherry red colour. Distinctive light Pinot nose. Very light but dry with firm texture. Very simple and not complex. Clean and fresh. Certainly not a Yarra Valley or Mornington but very pleasant with a dinner of duck breast.

Light yellow/green colour. The nose has nice citrus and stone fruit characters. The palate is fresh and clean with a simply dry tangy finish. Not complex, oily or heavy. This is a light refreshing Chardonnay with a welcome 12.5% alcohol level. Perfect with home had chicken schnitzel.

Medium dark red colour. Soft dry red nose. Spicy with loverly dry savoury texture. Great match with duck pancakes.
