Let this open up if you still have any. It is alcoholic on the front but it mellows after about an 90 min or more after decanting. We enjoyed this with plank salmon with cumin, corriander, dry mustard and brown sugar, a goat cheese/raison/pecan salad and roasted veggies - Great combonation. Tasting notes after 90 min - very dry, big fruit on the nose but not in the flavor. Blackberry notes, a bit of leather, thin body, alcoholic without food but not as noticeable with food. Drink this now, and with a good meal! By itself this is not outstanding but with food it is very nice. Enjoy...
