- Crimsom color with slow forming legs and aromas of raspberry, strawberry, cedar and alcohol. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of strawberry jam with a full body. Juicy texture with a long finish - For new world Grenache, this wine hits the points that you want. Full of opulent, almost jammy red fruit but shows some minerality, medium acidity, and some heat. Ripe fruit on the attack with softened tannins and good length on the finish. Honestly, I don't think you want to enjoy this wine past 2015, as it is drinking well now.

Color shows ruby red in the core with a distinct rim of burnt orange to golden yellow. Upon pouring from a 375ml bottle, the nose is overwhelmed with tertiary, "nutty" aromas (mostly chestnuts). Palate confirms nose with some subtle red fruit on the attack, but still dominated by age. Some acidity still apparent and soft tannin on the back, but this wine is certainly past its prime.
