drank while making chicken and mushroom risotto with a sort of citrus wine cream sauce. I used a whole stick of butter. shame! Obviously not meant to pair with this dish, but fantastic on its own. Sweet on the nose with no expectations of any sort of acid. Mid range acid and soft tannins made this an easy drink on its own.
