Very enjoyable, but likely in its decline or close, so drink if you have any. Cellared since bottled, the wine is beautiful, but tannins completely resolved and wine is showing more secondary and tertiary flavors than primary - a little surprising for its age and cellaring.
Either way, still great. Palate I get graphite, stone, leather, cassis and little blueberry and red fruit. Nose is great - red and blue fruit, pencil lead, leather, cedar.
Enjoyed this as opposed to taking detailed notes - didn’t change much over an hour, but I think this is a drink over the next year if you have it.

This was very nice and surprisingly youthful, although this was stored at the winery for the last 20 years. Decanted and planned to drink within a half hour, but it was very, very thin and lacking any finish whatsoever at that point. Much better at an hour and singing at two hours.
No bricking, ruby at the edges showing some age. Lots of cassis, and some stone and graphite on the palate. Great bouquet of similar notes.
Very enjoyable wine with a fair amount going on, but it took two hours to really show it. Still has time to run if stored well, but also great with a solid decant. QPR is very attractive.
