I too love the Bartolo Mascarello wines and they are one of my favorites, Maria Therese continues the tradition in a fine way but the 2005 I found a bit wanting. It may have just shut down the way many Baroli do in the 7-10 year old range or it may just not be the best year for their fruit. I will probably wait until 2015 to try it again. Regards, Oldwines
