This is a great and unique wine that many people are not ready for. It is light yet very tasty and balanced. Savoury, fresh and fruity. No power but has enough weight. That is noticable when you enjoy this wine during your meal. We had this with squit, mashed potatoes topped with a fresh salsa verde.

I presume I have then tried to explain that in style the Henri Germain Aligoté can be like a chardonnay. I can assure you I know the difference between an aligoté and a chardonnay. I apologize.
