Perfect Pessac. Combines the earhty, gravel notes from this unique terroir with the craftmanship of the Bonnie family. Pure and mineral nose, with honey-like colour. Sticks to the glass and just swims elegantly into your mouth. So charming.. By the way: the 2009 Rouge is splendid QPR..
Could not agree more with CManthei's tasting note. What a great white.. Is starting to reveal first hints of its true power and charm. On the nose a palate of straw, barn, vanilla blossom, toast and butter. Taste last (literally!!) 30+ seconds. Leaves you with an ocean of creamy, balanced and golden white. Just excellent! Just b1 side-note: price should simply stop rising..
