Decanted and left for three hours. Sediment in the bottle. 15.5% alcohol. Black berries, black currants and Christmas cake. Still quite tannic with well balanced acidity. Still very closed and would not recommend opening for at least 3-5 years. Not giving up much. Typically 60% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre, 15% rest.
Retasted after 24 hours where the tannins have mellowed.
