Armoa of red cherry, spice and slight hint of vanilla and lilac. Palate was very smooth. Flavors of bing cherry, grass and a touch of spice. The finish was short to medium of spice, cherry and some earthiness at the end. Smooth everyday drinking wine, but nothing special. Would probably do better with food.

Initially seemed like a syrup instead of a port. Very sweet and sugary. Some plum and nut, but a lot of maple, brown sugar and some heat. Let decant for two hours and it smoothed and evened it out. Aroma of plum, brown sugar, pecan and just a touch of heat. Palate was much smoother and more balaced. Nuts, plum, spice and a slight hint of citric fruit (possibly tangerine, but could quite place it). Finish was short to medium length of nuts, butter spice and a hint of alcohol.

Triple decanted for about 3 hours. Lots of sediment, so triple was needed. Aroma of cherry, butter caramel and raisin. Palate of cherry, brown sugar, butter and a little walnut. Could have decanted a little longer, but showed relatively well at 3 hours. Decent mouthfeel. Very even, with a finish of sweet nuts and caramel. Seems to be drinkig pretty good right now and still has some legs left. Should still be good in 5-10 more years.
