This is a discombobulated wine all the way around. Medium color with good clarity. I let the wine open a bit to give it some air and the nose is soft, a little dusty, with baked red fruit. It starts out smooth, fruity and then finishes with a discordant harsh edge. I'm wondering if the grapes were good and winemaking was lacking? Or just past its prime?

Light, clear and pale color. Super crisp on first taste but mellows to the richer side when paired with blue cheese. It wasn't an intentional matching but it worked really well. Lovely and long finish. Don't hesitate to try this wine even if you aren't usually a Chardonnay fan.

Perfect complement for a spring evening and some pan grilled steel head. Definite oak on the nose with a true apple taste. Chardonnay is not my go-to white wine, yet this was a pleasant experience. I was looking for a white that was not citrus-y and this worked really well.
