This wine is clear with a medium - lemon color. The nose is clean and is developing medium intensity aromas of Asian pear, wisteria, almond , honey, and lemon creme. The palate is dry and shows medium body, medium + acid, medium EtOH, and medium intensity flavors of quince, Asian pear, mineral, flint, and dried apple. The finish is long with persistent acidity and a firm mineral presence. This wine is really delicious and is ready to enjoy, the acidity is really well integrated.

This wine is clear pale lemon green. The nose is clean and youthful with medium - intensity notes of mineral, D'anjou pear, hibiscus, and peach. Palate s dry with medium + acidity, medium body, medium - alcohol, and medium intensity flavors of lime, white nectarine, pippin apple, wisteria, and mineral. This wine has a very satisfying attack and good firmness without tasting too lean or acidic. The mid-palate and finish are full of tree fruit and mineral flavors that makes for a very refreshing wine.

This wine is pale lemon green. The nose is clean and youthful with med + aromas of gooseberry, quince, lime, crab apple and scorched earth. As the wine opened up, it showed a nice orange blossom note. The palate is dry with med + acidity, med body, med EtOH, and med intensity flavors of quince, green apple, lime, gooseberries, and flint. The finish is long with well balanced acidity. This is a great wine that shows lots of finesse and power. The wine is definitely mineral driven, but with a core of green fruit that is mouth filling and delicious.
