This may still be a bit young. Nice nose- pure red fruit with some initial complexity from bottle ageing. Good structure. No trace of green fruit profile or bitter tannins. On the simple / more rustic side of a Grand Cru Burgundy. Maybe this could grow into something quite nice with extra complexity from more time in the cellar.
My last bottle. Bought at the Domaine with Christian. This is showing beautifully at this point. Full body, bright and intense. Complex notes typical of a Chablis with some time in bottle- butterscotch, honey. Nicely balanced with a medium+ finish.
