This was nice with a grilled burger. Not my favorite vintage but the Coudoulet is one of my favorite CdR's. This was our last bottle but the wine should drink well for a few years.

Dried herb, pepper and eucalyptus scent. Cherry, currant, black tea, mocha and mineral flavor with ample smooth tannins.
Lots of pepper and black fruit, a hint of lavender and garrigue. Smooth and drinkable with a quick decant. Pure provence!
A little syrupy but enough acid to balance it out. Probably not something I'd buy again.
Over two years since my last bottle. Didn't like this. Very raisiny. Reminds me of what I dislike in S. Rhone wines. Rosh at the Millners.
