  Sushi from Waraji at home with Jay & Megan. Medium yellow in the glass, this wine was really just a baby, but I was very curious to try it to see how the '02 Huets are since this is purported to be an excellent vintage. Dry and very lemony, but with good richness that must be a sign of the vintage. Will develop wonderfully. 50+11+12+8+8 = 89++
