Drank from a half bottle. The nose had wild berries, red fruit, cedar wood, cinnamon and new French oak. It took an hour in the glass to open up. The palate was sweet, oaky and minty. At this point, the oak element was slightly dominating. With the weight of the wine, given that the oak can integrate with time, this wine will be a lot better with aging.
An elegant, perfumed, mid-weight baby Jesus. It smells of red fruits, dried flowers and earth. It is sweet and lacy in the mouth with a touch of aniseed spice. It has nice proportion and moderate length.
