  Paired excellently with white fish. 12 yr old and didn't miss a beat. Took a little time to open up

  Fat, oily golden in the glass with slight copper hues. Quite subtle on the nose, offering nothing beyond some weird milky aromas and a bit of tropical fruit. No acidity, no structure. Way past its prime, should have been opened at least two years ago.

  First impression was very favorable. Ripe French melon flavors and immediately approachable. Did not improve noticeably with air. Would recommend drinking soon. Had with fresh-cooked lobster with coral-colored roe.
