N: Very RIPE, fragrant, but tough to parse; Poss jammy? Some oranges? Intensity lurking?
P: Med body; RNDISH entry with RICH, ALMOST swtish frt firmed by an astringency which EVENTUALLY pretty much resolves by the LONG finish with a bitter/swtness that encourages more. For now & approaching its 20th. 14.1% ABV; My EXC, poss EXC/EXC+. 97 pts WA (Dunnuck), 90 Tanzer, & 87 WS.

Crimson in color. 14.1% ABV. Iron, grilled meat, cabbage and cherries on the nose. Medium body, bright acidity and resolved tannins. Deep, rich flavors of cherry, blood, saline and licorice. Muscular and powerful. Super finish. Without question the best domestic Tempranillo. Drink over the next few years.

Opened up very nicely this time (opened about eight hours before drinking). Nose starts out super funky but taste evolves into Something quite spectacular after a few sips. Finish lasts 30+ secs. Quite an unique American wine.
