Robe soutenue marquant peu d'évolution.Nez de menthol,réglisse,fruits noirs (cassis,mûre),empyreumatique (fumé,café).C'est agréable et la bouche est très dynamique:puissante,compacte,structurée mais en même temps assagie par 14 ans d'ancienneté.Franchement étonné je m'attendais à moins de plaisir avec cette cuvée dont c'était ma dernière bouteille.Je vais en racheter car je suis convaincu par cet assemblage de 6 cépages (certains très minoritaires).Une vraie surprise....

Served 9 wines for Easter dinner party. Couldn’t have been happier because each wine paired fantastically from appetizer to dessert while pleasing the entire crowd of wine snobs. I have left my rating for each wine below and how it was paired. I also recommend all wines on this list.

Coyam is a pretty big wine. The nose hits first with mostly blackberry and other dark fruit and it doesn’t disappoint on the palate. Overall pretty impressive and I really like it and will buy again…I just like the other wines we had better.

This intense purple-coloured blend is a mix of 41% Syrah, 29% Carmenere, 20% Merlot with the balance Mourvedre & P. Verdot. It is outstanding!
Notions of sandalwood, dried herbs, meat & underbrush fill your nose.
Blackberry & blueberry attack the palate with notes of roasted coffee and figs. This leads to a full-bodied, voluptuous, concentrated wine.

Vinho no ponto certo, espetacular. Frutado na medida, Madeira de leve, tons de baunilha. Vinho que precisa evoluir na garrafa.
