From Chateau. Smokey meat, raspberry jam on nose. Fig compote, blackberry, forest floor. Long finish. Enjoy.

Lavender and mint on the nose. Opened up a little but this really isn’t ready yet. The fruit and structure is a bit hard and it’s just generally too much. No huge cause for concern, but think this will shine when properly mature. Leave for minimum 5 years.
