Focused beam of intense acidity. Powdery minerality. Nose is Riesling-like, white flowers and orange spritz. Lime and just a bit oily like orange spritz on the mid-palate, but light, leaving a long-tail acidic finish. Theise never lets me down.

Pear fruit aromas, some English pea-ness. Not unlike the funk of a canning factory. Industrial pea matter aromas. Yes, 'salon'-ish, almost some earthy, poop funk. But in THE slightest manner, an element of complexity, hopefull so more than attract of development. Palate is reeling from the cork pull. Aroma, shows some of the skunk of the pea. Palate texture is so glossy, but med/+ acid. Sessionable from the GO. Day 4 and this really settles into easy drinking pear fruit on the palate.

(Nikolaihof Grüner Veltliner "Hefeabzug") ($31.00) This vintage is especially detailed and snappy and you seem to tate every pebble and each lee; it’s the liquid version of their salad of seventeen edible flowers and plants. And by the way, we drank a Hefeabzug from 1987 so don’t dare think this wine is some petite Vin de l’Année that won’t age.
