color is light gold. small almost invisible bubbles. brioche, flowers, grey, developed bouquet but with still fruity. cinnamon apple with spices and oil from yuzu peel. Highly acidic wine with mushrooms and nuts and the aromas of nose dominating. medium length. Oak also present with the vanilla and spiciness. Dosage is pretty high with notions of burnt sugar. nice but falling little apart. first glass was the best which is weird. shutting down so maybe needs more time or just not my type. will try the rest of the bottle tomorrow.
