  Pop & pour. Great nose showing lemon, lime & grapefruit accented by flinty shells. The palate shows similar citrus note, but as it warms, some pretty white peach emerges on the mid palate. The fruit transitions to a surge of acid on the finish.

  Thank you for the recommendation to have this go with smoked salmon! This was an excellent choice and very easy to enjoy. Very nice citrus and balanced acidity.
