Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of acacia, lime and wet stones. Flavors of lime, peach and apricot. Medium to bright acidity, light to medium body. Drink now.

Color is bright clean and lemon as far as I can see in this dark room. Nose is clean, of medium intensity, with notes of floral, sweet spice, and dary. It seems youthful to me. And actually, I have had Gavi at 20 years old.
Palate is dry, with no alcohol showing. Acidity is medium, tannin is low (or none, but again there is some viscosity), body is medium + and the flavor intensity is medium +. The finish is eventually subsumed with the tannin / viscosity. It is medium +.
Overall this is outstanding wine for its concentration of flavors and length of finish. Although most people will not believe it the wine will continue to age well for the next 20 years.

Young and fresh and intense. Also, manged to serve half the room a corked bottle which I swear wasn't my fault. Needs a bit of time, but throughly enjoyable now.
