So sublime I have no words... Close to perfection. Speechless. What I've always wanted to taste but was tantalisingly out of reach. Mushroomy weirdness, dancing fruit... Electric acidity. Endless length. Perfect sphericity.

Broader and firmer than the Rousseau CSJ, this is leathery and a little funky, with a slight hint of what some at the table thought was cork, but seemed to blow off with air. Wild and powerful.

Some Wine Tasted at the Acker La Paulée Auction (Maybourne Hotel - Beverly Hills CA): Tasted at auction. Slightly dirty, this was still tasty, but nowhere near its potential.
